Starting Pay: $15.00 (and up depending on experience)
Essential Job Functions:
Under the supervision of the Principal, perform varied school related secretarial tasks and duties including, but not limited to; serving as front line with parents, students, and staff; answering, screening and forwarding phone calls, receiving visitors as well as directing and announcing them appropriately, maintain security by monitoring the visitor management system and issuing visitor badges, using a computer, copying, proofreading, clerical responsibilities, and communicating with staff, parents and children. Handling the print shop requests, in charge of the outside communications, working in the library and covering the front desk.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse workforce including administrators, teachers, parents and children
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Apps
- Enjoy diverse responsibilities and ability to handle a variety of tasks
- Prior knowledge and/or willingness to learn District applications (PEERS, Infinite Campus, E-Hall Pass, etc.)
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Excellent attendance record
- Mobility to move in and around building plus standing to complete print shop work
