The Administrative Assistant provides high level administrative support for the Chief Support Officer (CSO), Executive VPs of Finance, HR and Legal and Director of Gear Events. They will also serve and support the Executive Assistant to the Chief Support Officer. The Admin Assistant to CSO bridges relationships with FCA's executive teams, Support Center staff, FCA's field staff and Trustees.
MINISTERIAL DUTIES

- Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.
- Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
- Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs (see FCA's Christian Community Statement) at all times.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistant to Executive Assistant, Chief Support Officer
- Screen telephone calls, visitors, and incoming correspondence.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation within the executive offices and the Support Center.
Clerical
- Provide secretarial and clerical assistance to designated staff members.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Process invoices for payment and track department expenditures.
Scheduling for Executive VPs of Finance, HR, Legal andDirector of Gear Events
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments.
- Administer and document Zoom meetings (schedule, record, control permissions, share screen/audio).
- Maintain Support Center calendar of staff activities.
Record Keeping
- Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings for Executive VPs of Finance, HR, Legal, and Director of Gear Events
- Maintain file of FCA contracts and agreements; Monitors terms and expiration of said contracts and agreements.
