This is an entry level position. Experience is a plus but we will train the right person. This person is responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable and has a keen attention to detail.
```Duties```
- Perform reconciliations of accounts
-Answering phones
-Process orders
-Input Bills
-Order supplies
-Arrange shipping for freight
-Run errands
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong customer service skills
-Enjoy working as part of a team
-Experience with Excel and e-Commerce is a plus
