Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and grammar
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
- Proficient in using equipment such as copiers, scanners and fax machines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office(word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
