AssuredPartners in Carthage, Missouri is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Insurance Coordinator that will support our client service team in delivering insurance related transactions.
This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, in-office position.
Summary:
A Receptionist/Administrative Insurance Coordinator should be comfortable with answering phones, computers, composing correspondence and e-mail communication, and general office tasks. You would maintain files by compiling and updating client information so attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct accordingly.
- Greet and direct guests as they come into the agency.
- Provide support and service to our Account Managers/Executives.
- Assists with meeting planning, document preparation, shipping materials, and meeting supplies.
- Enters accurate client information into agency management system.
- Processes change requests, follows up with carriers as needed, reviews endorsements for accuracy, and generates accurate invoices.
- Creates correspondence to carriers and clients.
- Sets up Notice of Cancellations and Reinstatements.
- Processes final cancellations, final audits, and sends to insured.
- Updates lost business spreadsheet.
- Issues certificates of insurance and evidences of property.
- Prepares policy binder, renewals, and other documents for delivery to insured.
- Rates lines of coverage as needed.
- Updates driver, equipment and vehicle schedule and makes MVR requests if required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience, required.
- Previous Insurance industry experience a plus but not required.
- Willingness to get your insurance property and casualty license (with our support).
- Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
