SalarySchedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Pay: $25 an hour
Details: The qualified candidate will be working closely with the project manager and corporate staff to ensure accurate processing of project related work. Must pay great attention to detail and have great organizational skills.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls/messages.
- Responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and neat office area.
- Research project related requirements and providing summary to project manager.
- Keeping organized records.
- Must be able to adapt to project needs.
- High School Diploma or GED, some college courses preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem solve.
- Have great communication skills.
