Responsibilities
- Assist other employees with diverse projects
- Greet and instruct visitors
- Organize word processors, files, and faxes
- Field telephone calls- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Command of Sales Support
- Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Assistance
- Proven ability to use the internet for research
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
