Parts Admin Assistant
We are a fast-paced Collision Center looking to add an organized, friendly, and motivated person to our team. Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus
Job duties include:
- Receiving parts
- Verifying that all parts are accounted for
- Inputing parts data into management system
· Invoicing via Quickbooks and CCC One entering accounts payable invoices.
· Filing and scanning of all documents as needed for each RO.
- Receiving and checking each invoice line
· Checking in new cars and creating work orders.
- Daily updates on all returns and credits
•Tracking returns,credits,and back ordered parts
Minimum requirements:
•. Experience with CCC One is a must
- Automotive experience a must
- Ability to read, write, speak fluently, and understand the English language
•. General Accounting knowledge
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written and verbal form
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Highly self-moving, organized and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.48 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
