We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a dynamic position that requires a combination of administrative skills, data entry proficiency, and exceptional organizational abilities. We import and sell specialty foods from across the globe. You will interact with the outstanding products, the producers from across the globe and our team members in a highly dynamic environment.
```Duties:```
-Perform Data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for company owner
- Support organization of company participation in industry foodshows
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to the office team as needed
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support International visitors when they visit the company office or attend our industry foodshows in the US
- Organize product samples and shipping to customers
```Skills:```
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
