Game Master

Are you a creative and hands-on individual capable of providing a fun and exciting experience to all customers?! Do you enjoy puzzles, riddles, and problem solving?!

Escape Room Virginia Peninsula is looking for energetic creatives to join our team.

A Game Master must have outstanding communication skills to command the attention of a crowd and provide a fun and friendly experience for all guests. Strong skills in time management, communication, multi-tasking, staying calm under pressure, and attention to detail are greatly valued. Your role will directly impact overall customer satisfaction and their experience!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Greeting customers and overseeing their escape room experience to provide clues

* Set up the escape experience for customers and reset rooms post-play

* Take reservations, process payments, and take customer photos

* Light renovation work such as sanding, painting, and furniture assembly

* Creative puzzle-building or engineering using a variety of different mediums

You also must be available most days of the week to work early afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.

** Background in Adobe Software Suite and overall creative background highly desirable
** Ability to use basic tools i.e. hammer, screw driver and misc. hand/power tools also desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
