Rose Villa is seeking a part time, 10 hour a week, Administrative Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team!
What You Will Do:
The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Marketing Department. This position is responsible for processing new resident paperwork, deposits, updating information in our databases, as well as ordering and maintaining sales materials. We are looking for someone who will thrive in an environment that is collaborative, team-oriented, forward-thinking, and fun.

Wage and benefits:
- Starting wage is $18.25 to $21.50 per hour based on experience
- 10 hours a week

Education and Experience Requirements:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of prior administrative experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Preferred:
- Associates degree
- 3 or more years of administrative experience
- Prior experience working with elders
