Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Administration is responsbile for providing administrative support and outstanding customer service to internal and external constituents at MOWWM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance including word processing, presentations, meeting preparation, preparing reports, processing mail, donations, scheduling, filing, scanning, mailings, and other similar tasks.
Will work with and oversee administrative volunteers at times and help with answering phones and greeting guests.
Ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
