Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the team by handling various tasks and responsibilities
- Manage and maintain files, documents, and records in an organized manner
- Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Proofread documents for accuracy and grammar
- Other duties, as assigned
Required Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong personal assistant skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Ability to transcribe documents accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment operation
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
Required Education
- High School Diploma or GED
