We are hiring a hard-working, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Community Association Managers and residents. An ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment and work well in a team setting. The candidate must be familiar with all standard software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Industry experience in Association Management is a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain filing systems.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Manage appointments and schedule meetings.
- Assist with document assembly, photocopying, faxing, and emailing.
- Compose correspondence.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
