```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in phone systems, calendar management, front desk operations, basic bookkeeeping and project coordination. This position will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company.
```Duties```
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Basic bookkeeping and AR/AP management
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Communicate with customers and tenants both electronically and over the phone.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Marketing and creative experience is a plus
