Status: Full Time, Non-exempt
Location: Ash Creek Forest Management, LLC main office (primary location).
Compensation & Benefits: $22.00 per hour, subject to increase after successful completion of 90-day introductory period. Paid time off, sick leave, medical and dental insurance, monthly phone stipend or company issued cellphone, life insurance, retirement.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s administrative department. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distributes them.
Support HR by conducting various tasks such as scheduling interviews, conducting orientations, and filing and maintaining employee records, as assigned.
Support finance by facilitating payment of vendors, filing receipts, crediting payments, and issuing purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed.
Maintains and updates business records, insurances, licenses, and bonds.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks Online, and similar computer applications.
