St. Ursula Catholic Church, located in Parkville, MD, seeks candidates for an Administrative Assistant.
Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite programs, Word, Excel, Publisher, etc. This is a 30 hours/week position.
Essential Functions
- Must be a welcoming presence to all who call or visit the parish
- Will perform a variety of detail-oriented tasks, such as maintaining the parish calendar
- Prepare the weekly bulletin
- Schedule and coordinate events such as funerals, weddings and baptisms
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
