The Administrative Assistant in Sumner, WA provides confidential support to the Site Operations Director and Managers. Responsibilities include document preparation, spreadsheet formatting, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, updating pricing information, and handling inquiries. Key duties involve developing presentations, managing projects, ensuring timely and accurate reports, and maintaining data integrity. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with data analysis tools. Manufacturing environment experience is advantageous.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $22 per hour
Duration: Temp-to-Permanent
Position Responsibilities
1. Maintain team calendars. Track vacation schedules for the Regional Account Executive (RAE). Coordinate meeting arrangements and submit expenses reports. Process checks requests.
2. Handle and route inquiries to various members of the team. Coordinate with other administrative counterparts on coordination of major presentations. Serve as key contact and as the communication hub for the team.
3. Develop presentations and business reviews for the team. Develop templates, graphics, and chart inputs at highest professional standards.
4. Manage projects (i.e. presentations) from start to finish including coordinating across multiple functional groups.
5. Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are on time and accurate. This includes gathering large amounts of information and reviewing key trends. Pull, understand, interpret, and report out data in Excel from various systems including but not limited to Margin Minder, Salient, Nielsen, IRI and EYC.
6. Pull data from multiple systems to construct decks, presentations and reports.
7. Process updates on individual customers’ pricing information to include deals and pricing reductions. 8. Possess strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats with executive level management, and all internal/external contacts.
9. Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
10. Prioritize requests and perform other duties as required.
