iSuite L.L.C. is seeking qualified professionals to join our Accountingteam as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. iSuite is a part of the IMI Companies. We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialistto join our Accounting Department located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for an Accounts Receivable Specialist will be someone who is a self-starter with 1+ years of experience in a similar role. This person will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring outstanding payments, and facilitating the collection of funds owed to the company. Construction experience is preferred; However, we welcome those with previous experience and are eager to learn the industry.

Primary Responsibilities for iSuite’s Accounts Receivable Specialist include:

• Initiating and maintaining contact with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and implement collection strategies.
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies or issues.
• Providing insights and recommendations for improving collections.
• Documenting collection activities and updating account status.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance the likelihood of timely payments.
• Providing excellent customer service while enforcing payment terms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
• Managing and processing subcontractor and equipment payments after verifying that all required lien waivers are received.
• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of lien waiver documentation.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams to coordinate payment processes.
• Maintaining organized records of all subcontractor and equipment lien waivers and related documents.
• Addressing and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to lien waivers and payments.

Primary Qualifications for iSuite’s Accounts Receivable Specialistinclude:

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred.
• Performs efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Accounting Software and experience with Vista by Viewpoint is a plus.
• Exceptional communication (oral and written) and interpretation skills.
• Ability to follow standard filing procedures.
• Displays a strong attention to detail, while having the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Ability to work within an environment with deadlines, and when tasked with multiple duties your attention to detail stays consistent.
• Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
• Works well with others within an organization by having a positive, helpful attitude; takes ownership of the role and seeks ways to improve processes.
