EBE is a fast-paced environment with an exceptional history of growth and stability. We are seeking a full or part- time office assistant. Must have previous experience in Accounts payable and receivable functions.
Job Duties:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable required
- Answer phones
- Work with marketing to ship tradeshow booths and other show materials
- Process credit card payments
- Review safety documents and enter data
- Learn other tasks as needed to provide cross training for other team members
Requirements:
- Four years experience or an associates degree in accounting
- Understanding of phone systems
- Experience with accounting software, Great Plains Preferred
- Able to learn new tasks easily IE auditing documents
