Very Successful, Growing Service company in Oil & Gas Industry is seeking an experienced accounting person to join our team.

Candidates should meet the qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable
• Responsible for payment and reconciliation of company Credit Card accounts
• Process employee expense reimbursements
• Assist with timesheet entry and payroll activities as needed
• Various Accounting functions as directed.

Requirements:

• Detailed Oriented
• Some Accounts Payable or General Accounting Experience
• Work well individually and as a team member
• Proficient with Excel and Word

Preferred:

• Proficient with QuickBooks accounting software
• Some formal accounting education 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on Experience ($15.00/Hr.- $20.00/Hr.)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
