Essential Functions:

Manages the processing of all invoices ensuring the accuracy of vendor/payment information and documentation for proper authorization and approvals
*
Verify invoices match purchase orders via 3-way match
*
Maintain precise records of all vendor payments via financial software
*
Assist in reconciling credit card statements
*
Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment
*
Assist in streamlining and improving the Accounts Payable process
Experience Required:
*
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
*
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
