We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
Job Description:

• Process Accounts Payable transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, and x-lookups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including extensive knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, and x-lookups.
• Almost entry-level (1-2 years) accounting experience or completion of college accounting courses at a minimum.
• Familiarity with SAP is strongly preferred; however, training is offered for the right candidate with a high level of Excel proficiency.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  $22 per hour with a $1 pay increase upon hiring permanently
