Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payables for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payments, vendor insurance, 1099's and miscellaneous accounting projects as directed by the Controller as needed for the department.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and scan invoices by property
- Process invoices in payable software
- Print reports for approval and distribute to property managers
- Print checks and attach invoices
- Proof for mistakes before obtaining signature from Controller
- Maintain vendor insurance including letters to vendors, verifying correct coverage, and updating information in date software.
