Accounts Payable Clerk

For over 48 years, Samy's Camera has been the leader in sales and rentals of the highest quality imaging products and the ultimate resource for the professional and amateur photographer. We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Payables Specialist. The main office is located in Playa Del Rey, CA. This position will be responsible for register and payment reconciliations and special projects.

Examples of responsibilities:

· Assembly of all the required backup documents, data entry of invoices and prepare checks to vendors on a timely basis.

· Respond to vendors with any questions and research/reconcile as needed.

· Maintain vendor account and vendor files in good order and actively seek out potential areas of improvements.

· Maintenance of spreadsheets for various payments and discrepancies.

· Special projects.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in computers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Accounting Software).

· Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in related field.

· Good written and verbal communications skills.

· Friendly demeanor and detail oriented.

· 10-Key by touch.
