What you will be doing:
This Accounts Payable (AP) position is responsible for processing all invoices for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The position also includes handling vendor inquiries, check reimbursements and any employee loans.
Experience Requirements:
One (1)+ years of experience working in a business office atmosphere.
Prior Accounts Payable or Supply Chain experience a plus, but not required.
Microsoft Excel skills.
Good communication and people skills.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.

What you will be doing:
This Accounts Payable (AP) position is responsible for processing all invoices for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The position also includes handling vendor inquiries, check reimbursements and any employee loans.
- Provide first level customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing Accounts Payable mail (electronic and paper).
- Deliver checks to Cedars-Sinai locations.
- Scan invoices, tax forms, and other documents.
- Maintain Accounts Payable files.
- Assist Accounts Payable team with maintaining equipment and ordering supplies.
- Assist with the triage of incoming e-mailed invoices.
Experience Requirements:
