Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Tustin, Ca
Pay Rate: $22.00-$27.00

As a Accounts Payable Specialist you will:
will be responsible for processing invoices for payment
confirming all appropriate support documents and approvals have been submitted
thoroughly maintaining vendor files and documents.
Processing a high volume of transactions handling full cycle A/P for multiple companies in a fast-paced environment.
Matching, coding, and posting of vendor invoices.
Managing paid and unpaid invoice files.
Assist in the preparation of weekly check runs, including running of A/P aging reports.
Respond to vendor inquiries and conduct research as necessary.
Reconciling monthly statements.
Reconcile & and post all corporate credit cards.
Processing employee expense and mileage reports, using Concur.
Create & and maintain vendor master files, including preparation of the 1099-s and maintaining the vendor W9 files.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as well as annual audits.
Able to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies & and procedures.
This is a Full Time, Temp-to Hire opportunity
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field preferred
Experience working with Accounting/ERP systems. Syspro experience is preferred, but not required.
Minimum 5+ years of A/P experience
Ability to work as a team
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with multi-company entities and inter-company transactions
Attention to detail and well-developed time management skills
Pay Rate: $22.00-$27.00
Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
