2ND SHIFT HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
JBS Worthington’s Human Resource department is looking for a dependable, focused, and results-oriented individual that is seeking to advance his /her career. This opportunity will cover various disciplines within Human Resources including but not limited to; employee relations, employment, orientation, training, data entry, employee development, on top of many other things.
HOURS:
- 4:30 PM to 12:30AM, flexible as required
- Saturday hours as needed or required
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customer Service but not limited to general office procedures including handling phone calls, faxes, and filing
- Maintains records as required
- Maintains attendance for all employees—running reports, probations, complete absenteeism’s
- Handles in timely manner employment verifications from vendors
- Helps maintain I-9’s records
- Disciplines and investigations
- Job postings
- Maintains birthday tickets and meat sales
- Runs and maintains other reports
- Work closely with supervisors and union
- Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
- Other duties as needed or required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Degree preferred but not required
- Computer skills, knowledge of basic office software, & 10-Key necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills- Including phone etiquette
- Self-Starter, energetic, team player, strong organizational skills
- Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
- Good attendance record
- Bilingual preferred
- Must attach a Resume to be considered
