JES Tech is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to assisting in coordinating interviews, preferably in the medical, science, and engineering fields. A successful Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with corporate managers on an as needed basis to proactively identify candidates that best match JES Tech's technical needs, customer requirements and culture. This position requires the ability to attract qualified candidates by using various sources, multiple job board platforms, social media networks and employee referrals. This position is hybrid, and requires schedule flexibility to include availability during weekdays, with occasional weekend support as needed to meet the surge demands of new and critical positions.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Recruiting, Screening, and Interviewing

  • Coordinate with JES Tech corporate managers regarding open positions and critical position fills and accept guidance from the corporate managers in prioritization of position recruitment as needed.
  • Create and execute a recruitment plan based on urgency/complexity of the open positions and timelines to fill each position.
  • Review and post open positions in company's recruiting tool, and other job boards as appropriate, including refresh older active postings to ensure postings rank high in searches . Modify and enhance posting verbiage to attract the best qualified candidates.
  • Source and recruit a diverse pool of candidates by using resources such as: databases, job boards, social media, etc. to attract and retain the best qualified candidate(s).
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications utilizing multiple job boards while assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate with candidates to conduct phone screenings and phone interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the required schedule.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Assist corporate managers in scheduling additional interviews as needed with customers and introduction meetings as needed.

Offers, Onboarding, & Orientation
  • Assist HR Manager with extending offers to selected candidates as needed, both verbally and using the company's web-based recruiting tool.
  • Assist HR Manager in scheduling and conducting orientation/onboarding sessions for new hire candidates, including sending new hire communications.
  • Monitor and manage onboarding task list within HRIS tool to prepare new hire file for upload, including electronic collection of documents, I-9 verification, data and document review, and benefits enrollment.
  • Prepare and oversee credentialing process of new and current employees to ensure current medical credentials and licenses are active and maintained through employment.

Analysis & Reporting
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Corporate Management Team including participating in report analysis and any subsequent efforts to address concerns.
  • Assist HR Manager to prepare, track, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual employer compliance related data (i.e. EEO-1, OSHA, DEIA, VETS, ACA) as needed.

Proposal Support
  • Assisting the HR Manager in recruitment efforts for proposal submissions. Efforts will include sourcing and collecting qualified resumes, conducting phone interviews, obtaining Letters of Intent (LOI) and scrubbing resumes within the proposal deadline.

Company Culture

Requirements
Education/Experience
Required:
  • 3-5 years demonstrated recruiting experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter or a combination of both).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavioral, etc.).
  • Hands on experience with various aspects throughout the selection process (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Desired:
  • Familiarity with staffing related systems such as Paylocity (Recruiter), Indeed Recruiter, LinkedIn, Economic Research Institute (or other salary assessment tools), etc.
  • Experience identifying and analyzing compensation data and determining appropriate compensation for a position based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.

Skills/Training
Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and associated tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Must be reliable, honest, trustworthy, focused, and communicative.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and utilize resources to meet important milestones.
  • Work schedule flexibility to include availability during weekdays, with occasional weekend support as needed to meet the surge demands of new and critical positions.

Desired:
  • Recruiting experience for Federal Contracting positions. Specific experience recruiting for NASA and DoD contract positions a plus.
  • Experience sourcing and gathering candidate/resumes as part of proposal process.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually commensurate with experience.
Position is not expected to be outsourced or filled with a consultant.
