Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist and work directly with the Asset Living recruiting team with daily administrative functions. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the onsite Community Managers and Regional Supervisors with job postings, scheduling, and reporting
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage external and internal job postings within the applicant tracking system
- Assist in employment verifications as needed
- Assist with user access to recruiting systems
- Generate weekly & monthly reports for management
- Writes and maintains job descriptions
- Assist with screening and onboarding of new hires as needed
- Arrange interviews & travel for candidates, coordinate schedules, and set interview meeting calendar invites
- Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards them to appropriate personnel
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Compiling, formatting, editing, and revising reports and presentations
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
