Overview of Clifford Beers Community Health Partners

Clifford Beers Community Health Partners (CBCHP) builds on the legacy of our founder, Clifford Beers to establish an innovative model for expanding and enhancing human services to meet the needs of children, youth, and families in our community. In everything we do, CBCHP centers the voices of children, youth, and families; activates equity and anti-racist practices; and prioritizes strategy, innovation, and advocacy to effect systemic improvements in our systems of care. Network affiliate organizations share values and commitment to holistic care and seek to expand and enhance services in order to better serve our communities. CBCHP provides the core services of grants management, advocacy, compliance, risk management, financial management, and human resources, and information technology while also supporting network affiliates to identify service gaps, learn from one another, and collaborate to expand program and service portfolios.

CBCHP’s structure and approach allows for reduced overall administrative costs, economies of scale, collaboration and innovation, and increased resources available for programs and services. While CBCHP carries out shared services, each affiliate’s leadership team and Board of Directors makes all key decisions regarding its operations. This pioneering model enables network affiliate organizations to serve more families, fill gaps in the continuum of care, enhance collaboration and advocacy, and work innovatively to improve systems of care that meet the needs of children, youth, and families.

We strive to create a sustainable, diverse workforce committed to excellence and we work to be leaders in developing better ways to serve individuals, families, and communities. The CFO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the network and its partners’ financial sustainability, strategic growth, and effective utilization of external funding to advance its mission and objectives. Our values are shared by all of our affiliates: We keep individuals and families at the core of everything we do. We ensure that actions to achieve equity are taken across everything CBCHP does.
