The Corporate Services recruitment team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team in Irving, Texas. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Caterpillar, you will support a team of 5-7 recruiters in the interview and onboarding processes.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity
- Provide end to end Recruitment Coordination services to the team to manage scheduling interviews and pre-employment assessments
- Partner with TA Partners regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization, leveraging data
- Participate in recruitment engagement events / campaigns specifically for hard to fill roles
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles
- Contribute towards broader recruiting team projects
- Manage and streamline PowerAutomate and PowerBI dashboards
What You Have:
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing, and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
Service Excellence: Ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
