About this role:
CyberArk is seeking a visionary and strategic leader of AI GTM Strategy. This senior position will be instrumental in integrating game-changing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, predictive analytics and personalized experiences across our marketing, sales, customer success, and operations teams. This leader will oversee the development and execution of AI strategies to support CyberArk long-term goals and to accelerate time-to-value for our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both AI technology and GTM strategies to drive innovation, and enhance our business execution and outcomes.
What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership: define and implement comprehensive global AI Transformation strategy across GTM functions that aligns with CyberArk’s vision and help us stay ahead of the market.
- Vision: be the change agent who will reimagine and build a framework and a governance model for AI transformation at CyberArk.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Marketing, Sales, Solutions teams, Product Management, Customer Success and IT to ensure AI-enabled GTM pilots are effectively deployed, scaled and adopted across all functions and geographies.
- Capabilities Assessment: lead the assessment of current GTM processes and tools, and identify AI solutions to radically enhance efficiency and user experience.
- AI innovations: prioritize key capabilities to modernize with AI, identify the solutions and develop an AI transformation roadmap tailored to our GTM strategies and organizations.
- Implementation: work closely with IT to orchestrate all AI-enabled GTM projects from concept through delivery, ensuring projects align with business outcomes.
- Thought Leadership: stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to our business needs, while fostering an AI-first culture of innovation within the GTM organizations and advocating for agile practices.
- Data Equity and Governance: oversee ethical standards and compliance in all AI endeavors, aligning with both internal policies and external regulations.
- Exposure: reporting to the CMO, report progress and insights directly to the executive leadership team and other GTM stakeholders.
- Performance Measurement: establish OKRs to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives on business outcomes.
- Team Leadership: mentor and influence all GTM teams, infusing a mindset of problem solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Experience: 8 or more years of relevant experience in business operations and analytics, driving transformation and leveraging AI as a transformation lever.
- Education: master’s degree in business, engineering or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Visionary: experience developing thought leadership to enhance a company’s performance with new cutting-edge technology
- Competencies: Deep understanding of the latest AI technologies and their business applications; exceptional written and verbal skills - able to persuade with insights and defend investments and programs.
- Leadership: demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders
- Style: highly motivated, collaborative, and entrepreneurial. Able to navigate complex challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preference for this role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.

The salary range for this position is $137,000 – $195,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
