Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and sourcing support to Talent Acquisition Department.
  
• Foster and maintain excellent relations with recruiters, hiring leaders and candidates, and other stakeholders across the organization.
  
• Monitor Applicant Tracking Software (iCIMS) program on a daily basis to identify sourcing opportunities and assist with requisition maintenance.
  
• Review and screen resumes and online applications to determine skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to requirements of open positions.
  
• Conduct phone screen with potential candidates to determine skill set and soft skills by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing experience to job requirements, etc.
  
• Support and prioritize multiple searches. Submit screened candidates to recruiters.
  
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to schedule candidate interviews (onsite and virtual) through all phases of the recruiting process
  
  • Scheduling interviews, sending out confirmation details, and troubleshooting scheduling issues as they arise.
    
• Act as point-of-contact with candidates regarding process questions
  
• Identify opportunities efficiently and ways to enhance the candidate experience and work on key strategic projects.
  

The right candidate for this role will have exceptional communication and time management skills with a passion for customer service.

Education and Experience (ESSENTIAL):

• Must have a bachelor degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field.
• Must have demonstrated experience using internet based applications, social media platforms, common sourcing applications and services, and Microsoft office programs.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education and Experience (DESIRED):

• In lieu of a degree, at least two years work experience relating to these fields may be considered.
• Previous experience using iCIMS is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience supporting a recruiting or Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications:

• Must be organized with strong time management skills.
• Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks appropriately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

 Requirements:

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
