U.S. Physical Therapy is the largest publicly traded, pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics, with roughly 700 Clinics in 42 States. Our partner clinics provide pre- and post-operative care for various orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers, and preventative care. USPh also manages physical therapy facilities for third parties, including physician groups and hospitals.
We seek an energetic, experienced, and client-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director and working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders on various initiatives and processes, including scheduling, creating marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and more. This fast-paced position will require you to juggle and prioritize tasks. This is a hybrid position in our West Houston office.
What you'll do:
- Update and maintain all job descriptions for clinics and corporate positions.
- Source candidates and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage various job boards to ensure the accuracy and visibility of postings.
- Support the TA Partners in preparing marketing materials and social media campaigns for open positions.
- Coordinate on-campus recruiting events and conferences and all materials necessary for the events.
- Process and track expenses and invoices.
- Applies timely communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Assist the TA team with new and ongoing projects.
- Provide back-up support with background checks and offer letters as needed.
What you have:
- 1+ year of experience supporting a high-volume recruiting team.
- 1+ year of experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS or similar.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Aptitude to learn and become proficient in various software and systems.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams or directly on marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Working knowledge of job boards and social media
