Sr. Accounts Payable Accountant

It’s an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Accounting team. We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Accounts Payable specialist who is eager to learn and scale with us. This position will play a key role in routine accounting support including the accurate and timely processing of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment

• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry

• Review and upload vendor setup documentation into system

• Perform weekly check run for vendor payment and security deposit refunds

• Verify wire instructions via phone and que wire/ ACH payments via banking portal

• Issue 1099 forms

• Assist in lender replacement reserve draw requests for ownership

• Assist with Petty cash and bank account reconciliation

Preferred skills and qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent

2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable

Experience with accounting software and online platforms
