Administrative AssistantMandatory Functions: The primary function of this position is to provide necessary support to other team members with the common goal of providing excellent patient care and service to our clients. An individual in this position will be expected to recognize and understand how their work contributes to QCC’s larger mission and vision.
A Day In The Life of STA ;- Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for appropriate parties
- Assist in the process of daily business operations
- Be proficient in all communication mediums including telephone, text, email, Webence, Namely, and Namely Time
- Watch vlogs regularly, as they are posted and inform team of new changes if necessary
- Be available as a resource to offer support and assistance to our staff in the field, as needed
- Recommend improved procedures, equipment, and supplies to Supervisor
- Participate in in-service education sessions
- Update and maintain office documents includes but not limit to contractor and vendor contact, lease document, service report, hiring and onboarding etc.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Location: Jefferson County Jail
Shift Openings: Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Requirements:
- A minimum of six months of recent medical experience
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
