Scion Nonprofit Staffing, a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Director of Change Management for immediate hire a long-standing nonprofit in Seattle, WA This is a Full Time, Direct Hire, and Onsite opportunity.

As theSenior Director of Change Management, you will report to the COO. You will lead strategic initiatives building out analytics teams to address resident community issues, redesign learning agendas, and excel in measurement and evaluation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create impactful data visualizations for diverse audiences and datasets across multiple projects.
  • Align the organization's service model with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Generate and implement effective strategies and plans to boost client and partner participation.
  • Collaboratively develop, assess, and redesign learning agendas and measurement plans.
  • Identify challenge areas, set performance standards, and establish key performance indicators.
  • Utilize evaluations to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement in services and support.
  • Provide clear communication on transitions, promoting adaptability and resilience in response to social challenges and policy changes.
  • Pinpoint inefficiencies within current programs and processes regarding rehabilitation efforts.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve service delivery and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and community organizations to build support networks for residents.
  • Conduct staff training sessions on root-cause analysis and upstream philosophies to promote the mission and improve service delivery.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and impact on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of high-level Change Management or MEL experience.
  • Experience in ongoing process improvement in a nonprofit, education, government, or private sector.
  • Experience in measurement and evaluation efforts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • This role is responsible for promoting and ensuring an environment supporting DEI core principles.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a passionate and thriving team The salary range for this role is $140,000-$154,000yr annually. This is an opportunity to further develop your career.
