Reports to SVP of NBE and works with newly acquired brands and E2E ELC core team across Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Commercialization, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Legal, Finance / Tax / Treasury to drive Change Management and deliver excellence in execution of the global End to End (E2E) Change Management empowerment scope, in collaboration with the newly acquired brand, along with ELC functions, regions and affiliates across the ELC enterprise.
This ED Role will partner closely with the others on the NBE team members to successfully deliver on business-critical needs and Brand Empowerment as it relates to Change Management elements. This ED will serve as the primary lead and point of contact for a set of brands in the NBE pipeline of integrations as it related to Change Management, specifically focused and expertise in organizational effectiveness strategies and Change Management activities (ie org design and operating models, communications, and training plans), which will be applied to all brands in the NBE pipeline.
Supports the SVP, with daily responsibilities that include:
Collaborates with newly acquired brand, from onboarding, acquisition, pre-integration, and integration phases, to execute strategic Change Management priorities and deliverables, in partnership with SVP, NBE and E2E functional core teams
Lead Change Management & Culture Strategy for sustainable integration and empowerment of New Brands; incorporate Change Management & Culture Strategy and actionable tactics into the NBE Playbook (tactics to include, but not limited to tailored communications, digital platform for New Brand employee onboarding, experiential learning opportunities about ELC Brands and New Brands, rewards & recognition for significant New Brand Empowerment milestones)
Maintain evolution of NBE "Playbook" related to E2E Change Management
Identify risks, ensure timely escalation and documentation of deliverables with clear ownership of resolution(s)
Manage the New BrandChange Management interdependencies to ensure successful go-lives of each newly acquired brands' empowerment journey respective of the NBE 1-3 year roadmap
Ensure proper Change Management governance across all workstreams are maintained and communicated across brand and ELC
Ensure timely recaps of open issues, next steps and owners resulting from governance meetings
Work across functions, regions and affiliates to identify resource planning in support of New Brand's Change Management roadmap
With each empowerment phase, drive the NBE Empowerment Workshops across each department in the New Brand to clearly understand current org structure, resources and documentation as well as partner with New Brands Functions, ELC HR and Brand HR to outline recommendations for end-state organ design across people, process, technology
Lead E2E Change Management Governance meetings across brand and E2E core teams. Also, provide CM monthly Senior Brand Updates, and quarterly ELC Operating Committee meetings, including material preparation.
Manage daily prioritization of NBE and core team activities and deliverables across the New Brand portfolio related to Change Management
Support annual strategic NBE planning process
Support the SVP with data analytics, information gathering, documentation and communications to drive NBE strategy; masterfully depict content for consumption at the executive level and artfully tell the NBE story
Manage and develop junior NBE staff to introduce Change Management Concepts
- 10 years of professional experience in brand management and/or retail industry with cross-functional program management skills, M&A experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of brand, cross functional and enterprise-wide operations with expertise in Change Management
- Proven ability in managing multiple projects to successful completion; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning, executive presentations, and analysis
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced in Powerpoint preferred
- Preferred IT knowledge
Education:
- BA, preferably MBA

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $147,000 to $252,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
