The PepsiCo Global Operations organization is embarking on several transformational initiatives across Global Operations and Supply chain to deliver incremental value and breakthrough productivity in partnership with our Sector teams and in service of one PepsiCo.
These initiatives seek to define a bold ambition that goes beyond incremental change and sets stretch targets to help PepsiCo deliver its long-term organizational strategy. As a result of this strategy the Global Operations team is seeking to add a strategic Director of Change Management to help the team orchestrate, manage, and prepare for our biggest organizational bets across supply chain.
As an experienced professional with a track record of working on change and transformation projects, we are looking for work with the teams to assist in executing and delivering the change agenda. You will act as an ambassador, understanding cultural sensitivities and ways of working to deliver content to strengthen employee understanding, build awareness, and commitment from all stakeholders.
You will be responsible for partnering across the following functional areas global supply chain, global procurement, global EHS, global security, agriculture, holistic cost transformation, finance, and strategy. Excellent language skills, both verbal and written are important. In addition, you should be a team player with high energy and ability to adapt quickly to change. There will be periods of pressure throughout these initiatives, and you will need to deliver to tight deadlines so being able to balance your priorities/workload are key.
Responsibilities- Uses expertise, provides insights, consults on solutions, and plays active part in Global Operations and supply chain to successfully deliver and embed change across various large-scale transformations and projects
- Understand changes to processes, people, tools, and systems resulting from these various strategic initiatives
- Provide inputs to the Change plan, delivers the change agenda, and provides feedback as collected from value stream, relevant owners, and stakeholders to make appropriate changes
- Responsible for completion of Change and Communication related deliverables
- Acts as internal partner to the Global Operations and supply chain teams to advise on the best way to engage stakeholders across the change journey
- Identify impacted employee groups and determine appropriate change interventions
- Apply Change Management methodology and tools throughout the organization (stakeholder analysis, communication plan, feedback plan and rewards and recognition plan)
- Using playbooks, contribute to holistic change plans aimed at driving adoption across multiple employee groups
- Where necessary, develop, design, and implement supporting materials (e.g., internal presentation materials, training documents, talking points, guidelines, FAQs)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization including field operating leaders, change leads and enterprise change teams
- Support training development teams on relating to the training plan to ensure stakeholders are appropriately equipped to activate and adopt the change
- Actively promotes the project and acts as a change champion
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders, including senior executives
- Ability to think creatively, intellectually curious with positive and resilient character
- Self -motivation and an ability to work autonomously and deliver to deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $160,000 - $226,600 Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, HR, I&LR, or other related field
- 7-10 years Change Management experience across large, matrix organizations
- Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders; Experience working with senior management to deliver the business change and communications agenda
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Experience with digital communication / social media channels
- Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Strong project management skills
