Centennial Tax & Accounting is currently interviewing for Administrative Assistants to support our staff during tax season. This is a seasonal position for January through April 2024. We can offer flexible scheduling to accommodate either full-time or part-time hours.
Are you a person with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn? Do you love working with people and enjoy supporting others? Do you have great interpersonal and communication skills? You may be the perfect person for our team.
In this role you will spend your day supporting the daily workflow by answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, scanning and copying documents, and assembling tax return packets.
Requirements:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook preferable
