As the Team Leader of the Consumer Learning Team, your main responsibility will be to design and oversee efforts to collect insights from both internal and external consumers to help our company partners enhance their strategies, innovations, and services.
Exciting Opportunity:
As the Consumer Learning Team Leader, you will report to the VP of Global Communications. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in client interactions, Consumer Learning, and data analytics to assist our partners in achieving their learning objectives and enhancing solutions that contribute to our clients' long-term financial success and our employees' career growth. Additionally, you will lead your team in various projects and support their career advancement.
Consumer Learning employs various tools to unveil the reasons behind people's decisions, presenting us with valuable insights that help us understand consumer behavior. On an ongoing basis, we carry out distinctive Consumer Learning projects for our business clients. We also facilitate continuous learning initiatives such as the PCGI Client Satisfaction and Termination Learning surveys, as well as our Investor Sentiment Survey and internal employee surveys. Many of these projects are requested by high-level executives to investigate aspects of the client, potential client, or employee experience on a global scale. Additionally, you will be involved in managing our vendor relationships related to Consumer Learning, such as Qualtrics and other survey platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead various research projects to gain deeper insights into our target audiences and support expansion into new markets
- Oversee research projects from inception to completion, including designing research plans, creating surveys, managing scheduling and summarizing findings for stakeholders
- Utilize your expertise to drive process improvements, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the utilization of consumer and market research within our Global Marketing department
- Establish strong relationships with key partners (CMO, Marketing VPs, legal, etc.) and external research collaborators
- Manage research project budgets in conjunction with vendors
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience working directly with clients or potential clients, coupled with a background in Consumer Learning or data analytics
- Proficiency in quantitative research and relevant platforms (e.g., Qualtrics or similar tools)
- Ability to prioritize workload across multiple tasks and projects of varying complexities and deadlines
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior to identify business opportunities by addressing their needs and pain points
- Desire to thrive in a collaborative setting and grow as a leader in the industry
- Excellent communication skills to engage with partners at all organizational levels (CMO, VPs, Legal, Compliance)
