A Law Firm in Spencer, Iowa is looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to provide administrative support tasks to the Attorney's. Must have worked in a legal firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Clients and Walk-Ins
- Draft letters
- File electronic documents
- Route mail
- Transcribe dictated documents
- Run daily errands & manage day to day tasks
- Screen calls
- Order office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- MUST HAVE Paralegal schooling, 1 year office experience, or Previously worked in a legal office
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency for word processing
- Interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $18/hr or more DOE
- Paid Every Friday!
