This role as a Salesforce Solution Architect involves mapping out system architectures and design solutions within a complex technological environment. In this position, you'll be the go-to expert for our CRM setup, collaborating with various teams and partners to shape our technology roadmap and align solutions with company goals.
With your expertise, you'll assess current technologies, plan for the future, and ensure that all systems meet Fisher's enterprise needs. Reporting to the Associate VP of Technology Business Services in the CRM Platform group, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our technological landscape.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and senior leaders to understand requirements and propose suitable tech and integration solutions
- Stay updated on new technologies and present innovative solutions to management
- Ensure application architecture aligns with enterprise objectives and lead risk mitigation efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor to the wider tech team and business
- Enhance current architecture with digital solutions, RPA, and automation
- Work with delivery teams on developing services and standards to support our strategy
- Enforce platform standards and Data Integrity and Security practices
- 7+ years of experience in designing large-scale solutions, with at least 3 years in wealth management or financial services
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce design and Agile methodologies
- Ability to explain complex system interactions to a wide range of stakeholders
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Certifications in Salesforce and TOGAF
