Your role will be fundamental in supporting our marketing and office teams through a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Management: Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and agents, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls with a professional demeanor, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative assistant tasks for the marketing and office teams, including but not limited to website input forms, analytics of reports, and mail dispersal.
- Organizational Tasks: Exhibit strong organizational skills by managing schedules, meetings, and office supplies. Ensure the reception area and workspaces are well-organized and presentable.
- Client and Agent Support: Greet clients and agents, providing them with high-quality service that reflects the standards of High Point Land Company.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or front desk role is preferred.
