Center For Wellness MD is a Medspa that is Rethinking Healthcare for Both Women and Men.
Position is a Remote Position but Mandatory 1-2 in office meetings a month.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for MedSpa patients using medical scheduling software (Zenoti Preferred).
- Manage and maintain the scheduling system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
- Collaborate with providers and staff to optimize scheduling efficiency and patient flow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments and scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Med Spa administrative support role or similar position
- Proficient in using scheduling software such as Zenoti, Athena
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with medical office systems and procedures
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules and records

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.85 - $20.74 per hour
