Job Summary and Qualifications
This position performs a broad range of administrative duties for the Radiology Department. This position assists in the daily management of general office operations, which also includes critical liaison activities with staff members, supervisors, and Radiologists. This position includes the responsibility for coordination of all invasive procedures in Radiology. Manages all front desk processes including patient registration, insurance verification and file room duties. Serves as a Kronos editor and assists Radiology leadership with any and all administrative projects. Top level critical thinking and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as flexibility of job hours, in order to perform certain tasks effectively and with occasional tight time constraints.

What qualifications you will need:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Three to five years' relevant experience (preferred)
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Displays a customer-service orientation, and a self-starter attitude.
- Outstanding organizational skills. Must be resourceful, able to problem solve and work independently effectively and efficiently. Able to effectively and efficiently multitask, meet deadlines, and follow-up on requests.
- Possesses excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel.
- Degree of supervision required: Minimal – individual must possess good judgment, take initiative and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
