Job Title:Senior Director, Monetization

Location: US - Remote

Position Summary:

As the Senior Director of Monetization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our of our next-generation platform while also providing direct sales. You will lead a cross-functional team of project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project, from concept to launch and beyond.

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the wholesale platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain the project roadmap, timeline, and resource allocation plan, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and IT, to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize features and enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships, ensuring clear communication, adherence to contractual agreements, and timely delivery of services and solutions
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for wholesale mobile devices.
• Lead and manage the wholesale device sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and channels to expand our customer base and increase market share.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.

What you'll need:

• BA/BS and/or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, relevant experience may substitute degrees
• Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
