Benefits: Paid Sick Leave: 0.5 hours of paid sick time per every 20 hours worked.

Essential Job Functions:

• Scheduling and staffing:
  • Build and manage schedules for in-home care, in-home nursing and RN Delegation.
  • Work closely with caregiving team and family to provide appropriate and adequate staffing.
  • Investigates all unfilled shifts and takes appropriate actions. (joint effort with scheduling)
  • Recognize staffing difficulties before they become problematic and request placement of job ad to HR.
  • Building back-up plans for client coverage in their homes.
  • Manage Connecteam and work with communities to maintain appropriate staffing (when needed).
  • Oversee the scheduling shared inbox and color code so the appropriate staff is aware of assignments.
  • Send and receive faxes. Orders, etc.
  • On-Call Operations if needed.
  
  

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• High school graduate or G.E.D certificate.
• Active NAR license in Washington State.
  
• Technology Savvy.
• Understanding of Microsoft office: Word, outlook, Excel.
• Be listed in good standing on with the Washington DSHS Background Check System.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Have transportation to and from job.
