Scheduler/Central Supply

Landmark Care and Rehabilitation is accepting applications for a Scheduler/Central Supply. We specialize in short term rehabilitation, as well as providing excellent care to our long-term residents.

We are looking for a Scheduler/Central Supply who enjoys being around people and wants to create a positive experience with those they encounter. We like to work hard and have fun!

Some duties are as follows but not limited to;

• Will be responsible for the certified nursing assistant monthly schedule. To include, ensuring every shift is covered for the month. Finding coverage for anyone who calls in sick.
• Working on administrative tasks as assigned
• Staff, resident and family interaction
• Answering phones
• Scheduling visitations, screening and monitoring visitors
• Assisting nursing staff with non-clinical tasks, helping with admissions and answering call lights
• Will be assisting in ordering and stocking of supplies
• Will be responsible for on call phone
• Central supply

• Support, coordinate with, and implement specific procedures and programs for:
• Safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management and security, report and/ or correcting unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs.
• Confidentiality of all data, including resident, employee and operations data.

Support and participate in common teamwork:

• Cooperates and work together with all-coworker; plan and completes job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment.
• Uses tactful, appropriate communications in sensitive and emotional situations.
• Follows up as appropriate with supervisor, co-workers or residents regarding reported complaints, reports, and concerns.
• Promotes customer services with residents, family member and guests
• Adheres to requirements for in-service trainings; attendance, uniforms, department and dress code policies, including personal hygiene, and completes other work duties as assigned.
• Lifting up to 10lbs. frequently, 11- to 25 lbs. occasionally, 26 to 50lbs seldom and lifting greater than 50lbs.
• Repetitive movements require following proper body mechanics. Notify supervisor of any concerns. Fine repetitive motor skills will be used frequently.
• Occasionally push/pull up to 25 pounds of force
• Occasional twisting, seldom climb or use of stairs
