Landmark Care and Rehabilitation is accepting applications for a Scheduler/Central Supply. We specialize in short term rehabilitation, as well as providing excellent care to our long-term residents.
We are looking for a Scheduler/Central Supply who enjoys being around people and wants to create a positive experience with those they encounter. We like to work hard and have fun!
Some duties are as follows but not limited to;
- Will be responsible for the certified nursing assistant monthly schedule. To include, ensuring every shift is covered for the month. Finding coverage for anyone who calls in sick.
- Working on administrative tasks as assigned
- Staff, resident and family interaction
- Answering phones
- Scheduling visitations, screening and monitoring visitors
- Assisting nursing staff with non-clinical tasks, helping with admissions and answering call lights
- Will be assisting in ordering and stocking of supplies
- Will be responsible for on call phone
- Central supply
Standard Requirements

- Support, coordinate with, and implement specific procedures and programs for:
- Safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management and security, report and/ or correcting unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs.
- Confidentiality of all data, including resident, employee and operations data.
Support and participate in common teamwork:
- Cooperates and work together with all-coworker; plan and completes job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment.
- Uses tactful, appropriate communications in sensitive and emotional situations.
- Follows up as appropriate with supervisor, co-workers or residents regarding reported complaints, reports, and concerns.
- Promotes customer services with residents, family member and guests
- Adheres to requirements for in-service trainings; attendance, uniforms, department and dress code policies, including personal hygiene, and completes other work duties as assigned.
- Lifting up to 10lbs. frequently, 11- to 25 lbs. occasionally, 26 to 50lbs seldom and lifting greater than 50lbs.
- Repetitive movements require following proper body mechanics. Notify supervisor of any concerns. Fine repetitive motor skills will be used frequently.
- Occasionally push/pull up to 25 pounds of force
- Occasional twisting, seldom climb or use of stairs
